The Deaf Ecosystem Day exhibition center will take place on March 21, 2020, at the California School for the Deaf (CSD) in Fremont. The interactive booths will be open and operational from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The exhibition center will be available for the attendees on that day to coincide with the meeting sessions of the Cal-Ed Conference.
What is the Deaf Ecosystem Day exhibition? It is the flow of Deaf-owned businesses, professionals, organizations, schools, and resources within the Deaf community. They contribute to our community to create positive opportunities, increase choices, encourage collaboration, foster connection, create healthy Deaf identities, and have resourceful organizations and services available for the Deaf and hard of hearing. You will have an opportunity to showcase your products and services.
Each booth includes (1) table, (2) chairs, company name sign, Saturday breakfast, water/snacks, and company listing in the program book. Does not include conference sessions. You will be responsible to bring your own electrical power surge panels, extension cords, and interpreters if needed for your booth.
Exhibitor check in & set up: Friday, March 20 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Please plan accordingly to check in and set up during that time.
